-Key Points-

  • Les talks about how she got into fitness accidentally

  • Being productive is not being busy

  • Enjoy life outside of to do list

  • What I truly want in my life are space, freedom, flexibility

  • Challenge yourself and create that space NOW

  • My biggest AHA moment was that I could approach my task differently, say no, ask for clarification, prioritise

  • You can can start with smallest things to do them differently i.e. taking a different way home - this is how movement in your life happens

  • I try not to have more than 6 tasks per day

  • Life with balance is tricky everyone is different

  • Give yourself space to move on

  • Allow yourself to transform relationships with people around you, if they don’t meet your needs, just shift.

  • In a process of rebuilding my own confidence I thought I was different, I tried to change myself but to be more confident means coming to myself

  • Yes I am dating now but I am picky! some things are non negotiable; it’s pandemic times so choose wisely i.e. who you could quarantine with

  • It’s very important to know where we are with our finances - visibility is key

  • Growing podcast must happen organically, people need to discover you
