Meet Kindsey Pentecost

Hi, I’m Kindsey

I’m all about finding balance and helping others do the same. I believe we were all meant to live our best lives, and I’ve spent years of my life in the health and wellness industry: developing skincare, weight loss, and nutrition products; creating cookbooks; and really figuring out, on a personal level, what works and what doesn’t. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated, and I love teaching others how to start where they’re at, with super-simple baby steps that ensure their chances of success.

What we feed our mind is also important, and as a lifelong avid reader, I enjoy learning, practicing, and teaching mindset tools that make the difference between burnout and balance. I’m committed to sharing these tools and helping people consume content that inspires, motivates, and provides purpose, whether through my social media, blog, or podcast.

Living For Something Bigger



Teaching others how to feed their bodies and minds in a healthy way is my passion. But to really take our “best life” to the next-level, we have to be living for something bigger than ourselves. For me, that cause is ending sex trafficking. My masters degree in criminal justice and work on the front lines provides me a unique perspective and allows me to drive real change. For the last 12 years, I have been raising millions of dollars through fundraising efforts, serving as a board member for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, helping to shape national policy, and educating the masses on how they, too, can get involved.  


Body. Mind. Purpose. These are the 3 keys to living your best life. By taking one step at a time, we can make big changes in our own lives and in the world.

Living your best life!



From the food you put in your mouth, to the products you use on your skin, to the books, music, movies, and social media you absorb each day, what you feed yourself matters.



We were not meant to feel burnt out and overwhelmed all the time. We were meant to live vibrant lives, full of purpose! We were meant to live for something bigger than ourselves! To be able to do that, we have to focus on 3 key areas: body, mind, and purpose. I’m here to teach people how to intentionally “feed” their bodies, their minds, and their purpose so they can live their best lives.



Because when we’re all empowered to live our best lives, the entire world becomes better; problems like sex trafficking begin to dissolve when we are all living on a higher plane.  



So whatever the subject—personal health, professional development, or ending human trafficking—I am committed to helping people not settle for what is. 

We have the power to change the world, and it starts from within.
