Zucchini Chips

 

What you need:

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Sea salt

 
 

Healthy easy snacks, alternative to potato.

Method:

  1. Preheat baking stone or pizza stone at 450F.

  2. Slice both zucchinis in 1/4 inch slices using a mandolin slicer / sharp knife

  3. Lightly coat zucchini slices with 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil.

  4. Generously salt with sea salt, and place the slices on the preheated

    stone in the oven.

  5. Bake until brown and crispy, about 20 minutes.

  6. Cool on a wire rack and serve immediately.

  7. They are best when they are almost burnt.

  8. Best enjoyed with yogurt or ranch dip
