We all deep down are always searching for our goals and dreams – they are always there.☁️ Even on the off days. But it's easy to lose sight of them on the bad days. When those days do happen, I reach into my back pocket for my fav affirmation Who else hates cravings? 🙋🏼‍♀️What I love about my cookbook is that it is not just filled with balanced healthy recipes, but I‘ve also added in sections that provide tips and advice on detoxing and dealing with the dreaded cravings! 😱Its Good morning all. ☕️ Let’s keep it simple and name one big (or little) thing you are going to do this week that will benefit your life! I’m aiming to get short walks in and building it up to get my body moving since surgery! BUT nice and How you talk to yourself goes a very long way. 💪🏻 This pandemic is a drain on so many things but one thing i've truly noticed is its having a dramatic effect on our confidence, especially women who have had to leave jobs, lost jobs or are juggling Theres nowhere I would rather be! 🏠 (although, us on a tropical beach, a book in one hand and an iced coffee in the other, wouldn’t hurt either. 😅) Latest news of lockdown in Ireland: hair salons are opening next week! What a time to be alive Is your cup half full or half empty? 😌 A reminder to switch off and check in: what are you going to do this week to improve your life? It can be in small steps like going for a walk or praying but for me this evening its resetting with a puzzle, ja Good morning from a sunny Dublin! 😎So grateful to have had this girl by my side when recouping from my surgery!
